Prior to the pandemic, and for nearly 5 years, the Simple Concepts Event Team managed the sponsor and exhibitor package creation, sales, support, and onsite execution for Microsoft’s Flagship events. During that time, sales increased fivefold. Simple Concepts provided the sponsor voice and advocated for the partners that invested in the events.

Instead of participating as an exhibitor showcasing its three core services (Video Production, Creative Design, and Event Management), Simple Concepts set up a portrait studio and offered complementary professional headshots to all 600+ event attendees. A win for the Alumni Network, Simple Concepts, and the alumni members who could update their profile pictures.
