Microsoft’s Attack Simulator group needed an animated image to visualize how the tool worked. The Design team at Simple Concepts kicked off the project with a client meeting to discuss style, layout, and focal points. Then we got to work. Combining Microsoft spot illustrations and animation, our designer built a simple yet mesmerizing animated flow chart to depict the Attack Simulator. This animation was placed on their product webpage to communicate the tool’s functionality to new and existing customers.

As Microsoft prepared to participate in the Cloud Wars Expo, members of the Simple Concepts Event Team were brought in to manage multiple aspects of Microsoft’s participation. The event management tasks encompassed the keynote, sessions, speakers, booth design, and registration. Microsoft’s participation encompassed five industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Sustainability. These industries took part in a competition-style “battleground” against direct competitors to present their solutions.

Team Morale Events in the Simple Concepts Studio

Simple Concepts now offers private team morale events in our new studios! Bring your group into our digital production studio to experience being on the other side of the camera. This event is a unique way to bring your team together, both in-person and online. Learning to speak smoothly and confidently on camera is an important skill in today’s workplace.
During your event, each team member gets the opportunity to practice their newly acquired teleprompter skills using “surprise scripts” from famous speeches, holiday songs, and other content. When participants feel comfortable reading from the teleprompter, our producer will provide additional feedback and coach participants on nonverbal communications. Body language such as stances and gestures strengthens a speaker’s delivery. All sessions are recorded and provided to participants after the event. This morale event is a great opportunity to make mistakes and develop skills, all in a relaxed environment. It is also a great way to foster team bonding! The session takes place at the Simple Concepts production studios in Kirkland. Remote workers can easily join in most of the activities. We also offer private sessions for speakers and their support staff. Fast Turnaround for Digital Events

Digital events in just seven days?? Yes, it is possible! A multi-session digital media production doesn’t have to be complicated. Keynotes, sessions, and demos often include multiple speakers in a variety of locations. Simple Concepts makes this easy by recording speakers at our studio and remotely, simultaneously. Shortly after Microsoft Ignite, Simple Concepts partnered with the Business Applications group to create a series of eight videos for their fall launch event. During this project the Video Production team filmed 20 speakers, with 16 in-studio recordings in just one week.
Here are some things that made it easier: · Creative (i.e., PowerPoint presentations) were finalized prior before the recording. · Scripts and talking points were locked before the recording. · All presenters agreed and stuck to deadlines. Simple Concepts was engaged to manage the Video Production portion of this project. We also help clients with design, strategy, planning, and logistics for virtual and in-person events. Our New Kirkland Studio

Lights, camera, action! Our new studios are ready to roll. Welcome to our new digital production studios! Simple Concepts recently moved offices to a location with more room in Kirkland, WA. As the need for in-studio video recording continually grows, we are excited to have more space to accommodate larger-scale productions. Our new building includes the ability to film against three sets with multiple cameras, teleprompters, and confidence monitors.

We are able to record on-set and simultaneously incorporate video conferencing through Teams or Zoom. An adjoining space allows supporting team members to view the production off-set.
